Delivery Options

We know you want your order right now! We’re working on an instantaneous transport device, but until that’s perfected, we use Royal Mail to get your box of magic to you as soon as possible. All orders are despatched within 3 working days. Orders over £40 are sent free of charge by 2nd class post or you can choose from 1st or 2nd class as well as a ‘next working day’ option for urgent orders which are shipped using Royal Mail’s ‘special delivery’ service.

We are more than happy to ship orders around the world. Please select your country in the shopping basket for a shipping estimate. Delivery usually takes up to 7 working days in most instances.

It wasn’t us

Occasionally, for reasons we cannot begin to comprehend, our trusty postal service can take longer than we would expect to wait. If you have not received your order within 4 working days, then please contact us and we will do our very best to track it down and get it to you ‘tout de suite’. Although we are super-lovely people, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any financial or emotional trauma due to the late arrival of your order…irrespective of the amount of footstamping!

If it was us

Should we be frightfully embarrassed to discover that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you to let you know the situation and advise you of an estimated delivery date with the option to amend or cancel your order.


Having bought something as exciting and sparkly as Glamourati products, we think it’s highly unlikely you would want to return them, but just in case you do, please email us within 21 days of purchase at where we will provide you with a returns number and address.

We think it would be a really good idea that you return your item(s) by Recorded Delivery as a post office receipt is not proof of posting and cannot be tracked. Although it sounds obvious, we’re just letting you know that all items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging and condition. Glamourati is not responsible for the return postage costs unless the product(s) are faulty, in which case the postage costs will be refunded to you.

Once we have received your parcel, we will send you an email letting you know it has arrived safely along with the details of your refund.
